Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
1 pint mayonaise
1/4 pound Berkshire Blue Cheese
1/2 cup evaporated milk
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cheese thoroughly.
Crumble cheese, combine, and shake vigorously in a jar.
